Lines Duplicated on Invoice.pdf

We have an issue (just started) where lines are being duplicated on our invoice.pdf.

We have an issue (just started) where lines are being duplicated on our invoice.pdf. If we look at the invoice from the screen we only see one line, but if we look at the invoice we will be sending to the customer we see two lines, where there should only be one. Basically we have to line number 1s which are a copy of each other. We have made no recent changes to setups and patching for this quarter will be applied on Sunday, July 20th.
