We want to check the possibility of flagging any report where the line manager is listed as an attendee on a meal
We need to be compliant in the travel policy rule that states the most senior level employee at a dinner should
be paying for the meal so when that does not happen,it needs to be flagged in some way.
We know that employee hierarchy or levels of attendees in an expense report cannot be compared and so we listed few workarounds
We have few workarounds like :
one workaround is to document this policy in the corporate travel policy or expense report instructions so employees are aware of the expectation.
