The client is not having Contacts maintained at Address level in CX.

How to populate the site address and time zone in Service work order.

As a standard behavior when contact is selected on Oracle Field Service work order the Site details are populated.

If the contacts are not maintained at addresses level then how to populate the site address.

Also the time zone field is some thing which is not getting defaulted in standard work order application.
