Evaluated Life Events section: when there is an open enrollment, a bug occurs when adding dependents

The panel shifts, preventing us from selecting, clicking, or updating anything within the 'Add Dependent' section of a program.

In the Benefits Summary, if you click 'Enroll' and then edit a benefit to add a dependent, the panel opens but it moves unexpectedly.
This issue only occurs on the browser used by the employee.
Can someone help us understand how to resolve this bug?
