Restricting Custom Inventory Transaction Types from Interfacing with Cost Management

Summary:

In our current business scenario, we perform certain Value Added Service (VAS) activities using a PaaS extension screen, where materials are issued from Inventory. These transactions are later returned to Inventory via REST APIs.

However, we do not want all such transactions to be interfaced with Cost Management. When we run the process "Transfer Transactions from Inventory to Costing", the only available parameter is the Cost Organization, and there is no option to restrict specific transaction types.

Has anyone encountered a requirement where custom Inventory Transaction Types need to be excluded from interfacing with Cost Management?
