Status and filters on Redwood UI timecards are inconsistent

Summary:

When we are trying to do a mass approval of timecards in the time card area, the submitted status number in the filter and the status column does not update. Not only is this confusing for the end user, but we cannot go down the list to approve the submitted timecards, because you can only scroll to a set number of timecards and the ones are that viewable area already approved, but status does not reflect this.
