Possibility to pick payroll on weekly basis for paid maternity leave or short-term disability
Is it possible to pick it up in payroll in a weekly basis for paid maternity leave or short-term disability absences entered for more than 1 week??
Currently, When employees are on paid maternity leave or short-term disability, the entries are currently having to be entered on a weekly basis to be paid. If the absences are entered in a continuous time frame, then payroll does not pick it up to pay until the end date.
For example, if the employee is in STD leave for 20 days, then the payroll is picking up only after the leave is completed. So the absences are currently being entered in weekly basis.
