Unable to escalate the notification to Manager within APInvoicehold BPM workflow

Hi All,

I have a requirement to escalate the notification to respective manager when AP Invoice hold FYI notification is not actioned by the user, However eve after setting up the respective deadline setup for escalations, Notifications aren't flowing to the manager. Have someone encountered the same before ?
