Usage Report of Fusion Sales and Fusion Service licenses - CX
Hello team,
We are currently supporting a client in their Fusion Sales and Fusion Service renewal process. In order to make decisions and move forward with the process, the client needs to know their current consumption: how many licenses are being used, the level of usage, and whether there are any active/inactive features.
We have already checked the Customer Success Portal (CSP) and understand that there is no official report available for this purpose.
Has anyone encountered a similar situation?
Is there a tool, query, or Usage Report for Fusion Sales and Fusion Service licenses?Tks.
