Hide activity fields based on activity property values

Summary: We have an activity type of 'Assist tasks' - these are linked customer calls to a primary tasks e.g. Technician may require support on a customer site due to size and nature of premises - these 'Assist tasks' have a specific property identifier to signify the task type.

Our Field Technicians have to select upon completion of all customer tasks depending on type of work carried out and inventory used etc. which then impact other connected systems we have for document creation and billing etc.

For various reasons we want to be able to permanently hide the view of the majority these action code properties on 'assist tasks' that are signified by another enumeration type property XA_ENG_ASSISTING_FLAG.
