interim activity statuses in UTC format
Summary:
We have observed that interim activity statuses (such as "Enroute", "Started", etc.) sent from Oracle Field Service (OFS) to Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS) are being received with timestamps in UTC format.
We would like to understand:
- Is this the expected behavior as per Oracle’s standard integration between OFS and CCS?
- Are interim status timestamps always sent in UTC, regardless of the resource’s configured time zone in OFS?
- Is there a configuration setting or mapping in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or OFS that controls the time zone format for these status updates?
- Can these timestamps be sent in the resource’s local time zone instead?
