Clarification Required on Image Attachments in Planned Service History Plugin

Hi Team,

We are encountering an issue with the Planned Service History Plugin integration between OFS and WACS.

When a technician attaches an image and completes the activity without saving the attachment, the image appears as a downloadable link in the UI. However, after downloading, the image cannot be opened and throws an error stating the format is not supported.

In contrast, when the attachment is saved before completing the activity, it appears as plain text without any downloadable link.

We would like to understand if this is the expected behavior and whether images in such scenarios are not intended to be downloadable.
