Performance process flow task not displaying the correct name

Summary:Hi Team,

Greetings of the day!

The performance process flow has been setup with one level of approval in my project but after manger evaluation of employee the third task name should be displayed with second level line manager name but I am able to see the same for the two tasks but that should not be the case that will confuse the users.

I request to please help because we need to start our performance cycle but we are stuck with issue.
