Enhanced Configuration for My Maintenance Work by Organization

The latest update introduces the ability to enable My Maintenance Work for specific maintenance organizations bringing greater flexibility to technician workflows.

Previously, enabling this feature at the site level disabled the Maintenance Dispatch List task across all maintenance organizations. This enhancement now allows targeted enablement at the organization level.

Key Changes When Enabled:

  • An Organization chooser is displayed on the My Maintenance Work page.
  • Technicians can view and access only those organizations where My Maintenance Work is enabled.

Important Note on Redwood UI Activation:

Although the official documentation states that opting into the “Enable My Maintenance Work by Organization” feature is sufficient to launch the Redwood UI, users may experience a redirect to the legacy interface instead. This behavior occurs unless an additional configuration is completed.
