Why is that Im not able to see approval flow from Perfomance evaluation

Summary:

Hello Experts,

Our process flow is defined as below.

  1. Employee Evaluation
  2. Manager Evaluation
  3. Approval

Once Manager submits the evaluation, there is a pending approval shown but we are not able to view, who is it pending with. Any idea why is it this way? Ideally Manager must be able to view the approver details.
