How to change the submission user for the Adaptive Search periodic refresh task?

Hello,

The user who was previously executing the periodic refresh for Adaptive Search has had their email and name changed. As a result, we are no longer able to maintain the task, and the automatic refresh is failing due to this change.

How can we update the submission user for the periodic refresh?

Additionally, whenever we click on any option within the Adaptive Search task, the system returns an error saying it is "unable to retrieve content."

How can we resolve this issue and update the configuration?
