Redwood Sales Orders Page - Line status not updating correctly on Sales Order Lines Tab

We're seeing an issue all of a sudden where the line status is not updating correctly on the sales order lines tab within the new Redwood OM module. Any ideas on what's causing this and how to fix?

Below you can see in old OM, the status of the first line should be "Scheduled". In the new Redwood page, it's still "Manual Scheduling Required" it fails to update for some reason and stays in this status.
