Summary: Can we add/delete items to an Active Customer Channel Program

The client needs the flexibility to add/delete/update Items in the Product qualifier once the Customer Channel Program is Active.

Currently , we cannot make changes to a Program once the status is Active. Looks like changes be made to the Programs in Draft status.

Due to the lack of flexibility, the client will have to terminate the Active Customer program and create a new program which is a big overhead for them,
