Attachment subobject on Contact Detail Layout

Attachment as a field/subobject does not show up on the detail layout when the field is added to the Contact Detail Layout through Redwood UI

We are trying to expose the Attachment functionality to users who use redwood and interact with Contact records. We noticed that the Attachment exist as a field/sub object when I try to put it on the detail layout. However, when I preview/publish the change, the attachment cannot be seen on the detail layout when clicking into Contact.

Is there any other setup that I need to perform? Is Attachment an available functionality for Fusion CX Sales in Redwood?
