Unable to see 'Workers Compensation Leave' in the Add absence dropdown in Redwood

edited Jul 29, 2025 12:02AM in Workforce Management 3 comments

Summary:

HR Specialists are currently unable to view or select 'Workers Compensation Leave' from the 'Add Absence' dropdown in the Redwood interface. While the leave type is available in the Absence Administration screen, it is missing in the New Absence screen, preventing proper entry of this leave type through the standard process.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

As an HR Specialist, the user is unable to see the 'Workers Compensation Leave' option in the "Add Absence" dropdown menu when using the Redwood interface.

This leave type is visible and selectable in the Absence Administration screen, but it does not appear in the 'New Absence' screen when attempting to create or add an absence for an employee.

Howdy, Stranger!
