Sales Order Reservation task status is showing as not applicable

Summary: I have added a reservation task in my custom orchestration process with same as seeded orchestration process and line selection criteria, but while creating a sales order reservation task is showing as not applicable. And when I create a sales order with same set of item and customer and BU its successfully reserving the item. I have sufficient inventory and I dont see any issues from item setups. May I know the issue, I am attaching my line selecting criteria here, and rest of the reservation task type is same as seeded orchestration reservation task.
