Hi everyone,

We are expanding the use of the Attachments field in the Account object within Oracle CX Sales, integrating it more deeply into our internal support workflow.

I have two main questions:

1.) Attachment size and storage limitations:
Are there any documented limitations regarding the maximum file size or the total storage capacity for attachments linked to Account records?
Do these attachments consume space directly from the database, or are they stored separately using Oracle UCM (Universal Content Management)?

2.) Multiple attachment fields and visibility control:
Is it possible to configure more than one attachment field (i.e., separate attachment sections or custom fields) within the Account record?
