Employee applying an absence it showing "Not a scheduled work day"

Summary:

When an employee applying an absence 8/1/2025-8/3/2025 it showing "Not a scheduled work day".

In this employee there is no work scheduled.

Employee work over 8 hours per shift and also work on the weekends. Even though this is normal to employees, the system doesn't want them entering large amount of PTO on weekends.

We would like to ensure they can enter the PTO for the days needed right in the absence area.
