Issue with Custom Performance Rating Model Configuration

We are currently encountering an issue with the custom Performance Rating model configured to meet our customer’s specific requirements. This model is integrated into the Performance Document and is used during employee self-rating, manager evaluation, and overall rating.

The configuration includes:
- Calculation Rule for Section: Average
- Decimal Rounding Rule: Standard
- Mapping Method: Nearest
While this setup works well in approximately 95% of scenarios, we are observing a 5% discrepancy in mapping the overall rating to the corresponding rating level. This misalignment affects the accuracy of the final performance outcome displayed to both managers and employees.
