Assistance Required to Identify Table/Column for Withdrawn Change Orders and Reporting Guidance

We have encountered a scenario where a Change Order (CO) was submitted for approval and later withdrawn by the user who created it. However, despite being withdrawn, the Change Order remains in the "Approval" stage, and the assigned approver is not notified of the withdrawal. On the approver's end, the Change Order continues to appear as pending approval.

Given this situation, our requirement is to generate a report that identifies all Change Orders that have been withdrawn. Currently, we are unable to locate the exact table and column in the backend where the withdrawal status of a Change Order is captured.
