Overriden rates getting reset after pending action items submitted for another plan.

We are facing a particular issue where overriden rates are being reset to old rates after submission of pending actin items for another plan.

Details as below:

1. Conversion Life event is closed.
2. Plan A's rates were overridden with through date as 12/31/25
3. Plan B's pending action - beneficiaries were populated.

As the third point is completed, the rates of Plan A gets reset to older value showing overridden through date still as 12/31. Which should not be the case as we are not touching plan A or reopening the life event at all.

Has anyone faced any similar scenarios?
