Sales Manager Custom Group is not available in Access Groups

We have a custom job role, and is assigned to 2 users. We are trying to copy the object rules to from the standard Sales Manager Group to the Sales Manager Custom Group.

We could see that the users are assigned with the Custom Job Roles

Ran the LDAP processes ; We have ran the Update Group and Members.

Still not able to see the custom group in the access groups.
