can I refine delivered alerts like "HWM FYI Notification for Submission Failure"?
This alert is specifically set up for VB time cards (aka Redwood). It is delivered and it is automatically on.
If the time card is submitted and there are errors on the time card and it fails, then the person submitting the time card gets an email and notification. However, it ALSO sends an email and notification if the time card has a warning on it. Warnings do NOT fail a time card submission. It successfully submits AND sends an email stating that the submission failed, so we are getting mixed messaging because of this alert.
Is it possible to modify/update this alert so that the email is only sent for Error-exceptions rather than ALL exceptions?
