Help with Validation Rule for Changing Salary of Contingent Workers

I'm trying to set up a validation rule on the "Change Salary" page for Contingent Worker, and I'm running into a bit of a roadblock.
The requirement is as follows: When a manager or RH attempts to perform a "Change Salary" action for an employee who is a Contingent Worker, they should receive an error message preventing them from proceeding. The message should clearly state that you cannot change a salary for a contingent worker.
I've been looking through the various attributes and fields available in the validation rule configuration, but I can't seem to find a clear and simple way to identify the user as a contingent worker. I was hoping to find something like an "Assignment Type" or "Employee Category" attribute that I could use in a condition like:
