Unreferenced RMA is failing when we are trying with ATO item

We are getting the below error

SourceTransactionLineNumber 1, SourceScheduleNumber 1: You must include a reference order when you return a configured item or cancel a configured service.
SourceTransactionLineNumber 1, SourceScheduleNumber 1: The order was not priced because the quantity for each model for the line does not contain a value. Make sure this quantity contains a value, and then reprice.
