Issue Accessing Team Change Request – Exception Error and Missing Request change Timecard Data

Hi Team,
When I try to access My Team > Team Change Request or My Client Groups > Team Change Request, I’m encountering the following error on the screen:
"Exception during RestAction"
Additionally, I’m not seeing any timecard status data—it’s completely blank.
I’ve already tested by:
- Removing custom roles
- Testing with seeded roles
But the issue still persists. Could someone please advise on the next steps or help investigate this further?
