Sales Intelligence Feature Enablement – Data Thresholds and Data Sufficiency

I’m currently in the process of enabling Sales Intelligence features in Oracle Fusion Sales, and I’ve run into a bit of a challenge. Out of the 11 available features, only 2 are currently eligible for enablement based on data sufficiency.
What’s surprising is that we have nearly 10 years’ worth of data in our environment, yet it appears this volume might actually be impacting the thresholds negatively rather than supporting feature activation.
I’ve reviewed the available documentation but haven’t been able to find any guidance on:
• How the data sufficiency thresholds are calculated
• Recommended steps to improve eligibility across features
