Variable "Calendar Days to SLA Start" to use Routing Date instead of Current Date

Summary:

Hi!

I’m trying to configure a custom filter condition in my Routing Plan to include only activities that are scheduled to start on or before the scheduled date, using “Calendar Days to SLA Start” with a value of < 1. This is to ensure that my Current Day Routing Plan excludes activities scheduled for future dates as they were being included since we’re using the “Assign overtime activities” option. The goal is to route all current and prior scheduled dated activities, regardless of capacity, in the bucket for today's route date.

This setup works well for Current Day Routing Plans. However, for our forecasted routing plans (where the activity processing start day is set to tomorrow, +2 days, +3 days, etc.), the filter no longer works—no activities are routed. This seems to be because “Calendar Days to SLA Start” always calculates based on the current date, not the routing plan’s date itself.

Howdy, Stranger!
