Problem Description: As part of our efforts to implement a 360-degree evaluation process for managers, we would like Oracle Performance Management to automatically select participants based on predefined business criteria.

The proposed logic is as follows:

  1. The 360 evaluation is triggered by a request from the direct manager.
  2. The system should automatically identify 10 participants per evaluated employee, distributed as follows:
