compensation: AoR and target bonus
Hello everyone,
I would like some assistance once again. I have the following questions:
- Can AoRs stored in Compensation also be taken into account or included in the approvals. The standard approval process should thus be bypassed.
- In Germany and many other European countries, a target bonus is agreed, which can be partially or fully achieved through various weightings. I have not found a standard solution for this in Oracle. Has anyone already mapped a target bonus in the system?
I would be very grateful for any tips and ideas.
