What is the exact expected behavior of Adding a postal code or other geographic data into the hierar

1. Will this user entered data get removed with each quarterly update?

2. If we create a zipcode that eventually comes with a future release from loqate, will it create a duplicate or cause some issues?

Navigation: Setup and Maintenance > Manage Geographies > Search Chile for example > Select the Hierarchy Define Check Box > Go down to next to lowest node select it and select Add (See screenshot below for result)
