Single Notification for the Notes added by Manager during the check in

Hi Everyone,
Right now, during the check in , if a manager adds 5 notes during the check-in, 5 email notification is being sent. We do not want that. Customers wants only one notification for all the 5 notes added by manager.
Is this feasible?
