Submitted Claim in Settlement Pending Status is not displayed in Settle Customer Claims

Summary:

I have submitted a manual claim with Custom Receivables Settlement Method and clicked Submit. The claim goes into Settlement Pending Status, however, when i run Settle Customer Claims, the claim number does not appear in the drop down like other Claims in the same status for this BU. I have activated the SLA rules and all. Any ideas why the claim is not showing in settle customer claims?
