Workflow steps - when do (should) they show up?

Summary:

We're rolling out workflows to our countries now with visibility based solely on activity worktype group. The steps themselves have visibility conditions for position in route not in [0, -1] so it won't show for activities in non-scheduled or not-ordered. If a technician has multiple activities in the route, the workflow banner might show up for next pending activities and sometimes it might not.

E.g.

  • If the technician is idle, the next activity in the route will always see the workflow banner/steps.
  • If the technician has a Started activity, the next activity may or may not already show the workflow banner/steps.
