Categories Exclusions not working in customer volume program
Summary:
Requirement: Customer volume program needs to exclude items from the categories selected.
Test case:
We are using a catalog called Brand..with 3 levels ..Brand Catalog >> Brand Category >>Brand >>Item. The item is always assigned to the lowest level..
We used categories from this catalog as qualifiers for the customer volume program/Types and created two programs and imported the sales orders.
PRG1 : Rule --> Added Brand Category as qualifier(so included all brands 6 in total),Prog Type: Cust Volume prog
Ran Import sales order invoices having 6 items belonging to each brand category, it worked correctly and accrued for PRG1
