Can anyone tell me if it is possible to reverse an absence process
We had unexpected results when one of our analysts ran the Update Accrual Plan Enrollment under the Schedule Absence Processes. It incorrectly end dated everyone in the plan and generated disbursements. We need to roll back that process if at all possible to wipe out the end date and remove the disbursement elements. We can then work on what changed with the plan eligibility to cause it in the first place. This only happened in PRD and cannot be reproduced in a lower environment. DEV works fine and does not end date the enrollments. Any suggestions?
