We are currently facing an issue with some Sales Orders where the line details have the “Overridden” flag set to Yes, making the header and shipping details do not match the data on the lines details.
Initially, I suspected that this was caused by a manual override of the line details, but the users are confident that no one manually overrode any lines.

My question is:
Are there any other scenarios or system behaviors that can cause the “Overridden” flag on a sales order line to be set to Yes, without direct user intervention?
