Re-print customer statements only for failed email address in Oracle Cloud

Summary:

We have errors while running Create Customer statements and we found it is because of Invalid emails.

We would like to know if there is any option to re-send statements only for those failed transactions after we correct the email addresses?

Objective is not to send the customer statement twice.
