We have a business requirement to generate a monthly SET Score Card for each Sales Representative, capturing performance metrics from the previous month. The required scorecard includes various KPIs such as:
• Direct Sales Achievement (%)
• Invoicing Outlook Strength (%)
• Closure Rate (%)
• Neglected Opportunities and Leads (%)
• Division-wise Customer Engagement (%)
• Average Calls Per Day (TSR / ISR / Off-shore)(Tele sales rep/Internal sales rep/offshor team)
• Data Quality Score (%)
• Sales Effectiveness Score
• Revenue & Unit Outlooks by Category (Commit, Best Case, OOH, etc.)
The scorecard consolidates data from opportunities, activities, leads, orders, contacts, Quota, Invoice and customer data, Address with thresholds defined for Red/Yellow/Green performance bands.
