I have a client who's Case Managers have the Case role but not the Next Gen Agent role, we've found when they click on the Primary Point of Contact hyperlink in the Case it doesn't link to the Employee Search page below, but takes them back to the home page. If I give the Next Gen Agent role they are then able to access this page. I'm keen to understand which privilege gives access to this so I can add to the custom role. I've compared the roles but it isn't obvious.
