Self-service registration error message

Summary:

While trying to approve a self-service registration request from Fusion we are getting below error when we click on Approve button:
An error has occurred. For more details, check the application log file for the error ID that appears after this message. NCP0K47H0JJJL

What might be causing this issue as the error message doesn't say much.
