How to setup workbench map properly?

Hello team,

I am trying to use our planning workbench map to show the tracking events status, but its not working, only blank canvas is appearing. Is there any way to refresh it?

Also, I wanted to show more tracking event details that I am fetching from external application into OTM, I see only location for that event and nothing else. Is there any way to add other attributes on the map?
