Unable to select budget pool in adjust budget for plan with both worker lvl & manager lvl budgeting
Summary:
There is a compensation plan defined with 4 components.
Component 1, 2 have worker level budgeting and component 3 & 4 have manager level budgeting enabled.
for component 3 & 4 budget is getting calculated through a dynamic calculation which is getting stored in budget amount -worker 3 & budget amount -worker 3 columns respectively.
Since component 3 & 4 are manager level budgeting, while initiating budgets for component 3 & 4 , in the adjust budget screen, budget pool drop down doesn't show list of values . I understand that since both these components are manager level budgeting so budget pool drop down won't show any values as values are stored in budget amount -worker columns.
Q: If I store component 3 & 4 budget which is getting calculated through a dynamic calculation in miscellaneous rates column 3 & miscellaneous rates column 4, will budget pool drop down show values so that top level manager can initiate budget and cascade it to lower level managers? I will ensure to have 'Eligible Salary' column enabled for both component 3 & component 4.
