What happens to an employees performance document when they transfer department / store?
Hoping someone can shed some light please:
An employee was in department/store A and they transferred to department/store B, however the performance document still resides in the old department/store and they do not have any documents in their new store B.
Is this expected? Do we need to utilise the transfer process here. It is not clear anywhere in terms of the documentation as to what should happen, however you would expect this to move across if they are still eligible.
