Ability to Save or Draft a Check-In & Automatically Assign Check-In to Employees
Our ELT team has some questions regarding Manager's ability to save drafts of the check-in document when inputting notes etc. Our managers do not want to have to "update" the document prior to meeting with employees because the employee can read the notes put in by the manager ahead of the meeting. Is there a way for Managers to save their progress when inputting notes etc. into the Check-In document? This will alleviate managers losing their progress if they do not update the document.
Also, is there ability to automate or run a process to automatically assign check ins to workers based on level (ex. professional, senior manager, director) or department or some sort of identifier? We would like to have certain criteria met for certain types of workers. Example would be all salaried employees need to have 4 quarterly check-ins per year and directors and above only need to have 2 check ins per year. These would be automatically assigned to the workers and integrate with teams/outlook to create a meeting invite. I have reviewed CCC and attached a few links below
